Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.
What happens if I exceed my signup limit?
When you reach your signup limit, your waitlist will stop accepting new registrations. You'll be notified and given the option to upgrade to a higher plan to continue collecting signups.
Can I use my own domain name?
Custom domains will be available on our Pro plans. With the Free and Plus plans, your waitlist will be hosted on a <project>.superwait.com subdomain.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you're not satisfied with your Superwait experience within 14 days of signing up for a paid plan, we'll refund your payment in full - no questions asked. Simply contact our support team to request a refund.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Nope! You can start using Superwait on the Free plan without entering any payment details. And for a limited time during our launch, you can also try the Plus plan without a credit card!
What happens to my waitlist if I cancel my plan?
Your site will be taken offline, and your subdomain may be made available for other projects. You can resubscribe at any time to reactivate your waitlists.
Can I export my list?
Yes! Plus and Pro users can export their waitlists at any time as a CSV file.
Can I customize the design of my waitlist?
Coming soon! Plus users will unlock premium templates, and Pro users will get full customization options to match their brand.
Do you integrate with other tools like Zapier or Slack?
Integrations are coming soon! They'll be available on the Pro plan to help you automate your workflows.
